What if today is my last day.......?

Someone asked what will i do "if today is my last day"? ........i paused for a moment,  i don't know what I will do,  but i know what i would not do. I won't pass my day stressing over things which are not going to matter This is  a era where stress is dominating people, everyone is chasing things Why do people chase things? Because of mindset that "Things which they are chasing once achieved will give them permanent happiness".......goal once achieved do give happiness but it disappears within few days or on arrival of new challenges People are not living in present. What is living in present meant by? It means to be happy with whatever things you have, it means enjoying the process of life. Living in present doesn't meant you should not set goals Setting goals is part of development. If you give me 3 options: Option 1 : The path less Travelled  Option 2 : The path taken by everyone  Option 3: The path where i have "self belief"                      on myself  I will definitely choose 3rd one. In life we have been taught that if you pursue "Difficult Things" , that will make you excel later..  This concept is very popularized in schools  1st  choice where people choose difficult option is opting for "SCIENCE STREAM".......are they intrested in it??   Very few are interested, but then also science stream is chosen seeing "HIGH PACKAGES and HIGH SCOPES".  Despite getting low grades, people continue with that science stream,  then they opt for "ENGINEERING ", again same  mindset "HIGH PACKAGES " and a false belief  "LIFE IS SET AFTER ENGINEERING "....... The above cycle keep on continuing, and when people realize they were wrong it is too late. 

FITNESS HUSTLE

In era where junk  food and  sedentary lifestyles are booming up, FITNESS has become essential part of everyone's life. What is FITNESS?  What should be criteria to know "we are fit or not"?  Definition of Fitness can't be taken as mentioned on Google,  for everyone Fitness is different. Having six packs abs is Fitness for some people,  for some people it is EATING healthy food. For me Fitness is being Free from Diseases mentally as well as physically. In our society, people are judged by their body type , the person whose body is not in shape , the one who looks fat is marked as "UnFit". Above thing should not be the criteria to judge anyone,  it is not the body shape,  it is "percentage of fat" in body that defines you are fit or not.  "Some percentage of fat" signifies presence of "Bad Cholesterol",  that bad cholesterol is responsible for many diseases, including heart diseases.  Before joining Gym ,

JUDGEMENTAL HAI KYA?

In life we have been taught  "MORAL VALUES "  from childhood. It teaches us what is correct and what is incorrect, and other society norms.  Definitely  these are  necessary . There is one bad outcome of "MORAL VALUES " . People start being judgmental,  judgmental about everything around them. Discrimination is created from this judgmental nature of people. At one point  or other we all start judging people from their habits .......like in some cultures it has been taught that the "people who drink alcohol,  smoke,  or eat non veg are not good one's". I had also been taught the above things. I was judging people who smoke or drink as bad one's.  When i joined university, we had all kind of people from different different cultures.....i realized the things which are not accepted in some culture, is very common in other. I realized every culture  has their own thinking. Things which are accepted in one,  may not be accepted in other.

IMPERFECTLY PERFECT

In life we all always seek perfection,  we don't admire the things gifted to us by god, we always want to be like someone else. Usually i don't wear crop tops,  i always liked to cover up, i felt that i was looking fat in this beach wear,  although i m not fat i m thin , i have very little fat on stomach.....but what i always want is 6 packs or very very flat stomach like actresses. ..   i didn't admired my beauty. I was not about to wear this beach wear, but it is my mom who taught me that "life doesn't remain same, body doesn't remain same".  We all are always waiting for perfection to do something instead of admiring things given to us. What if, the things didn't remained same after years.......there are lots of changes in ones body like getting acne,  getting stretch marks, getting fat due to medicines..... and much more. Time wait for no ones, be happy with what you have, wear what you want. .....don't think that the day you will ge
